#ReadMyLips

Mogul invited its members to write letters to the president about women’s issues they wanted to see addressed in the #ReadMyLips campaign.  Not all of these are policy-wonk fodder.  Some are beautiful poems, some  outcries against long-standing injustices.  What unites all of them is women are voicing their concerns in one unified act and it’s getting attention from many esteemed press outlets such as Allure, The Huffington Post and Glamour.

I contributed to this because I feel strongly that we need to better appreciate women in in our society as whole, past, present and future.
